UX Manager

As the User Experience Manager at Tommy John you will be working on some of the most exciting projects in the business. We are creating an exciting new approach to men’s apparel e-commerce. We are looking for an experienced user experience designer with experience in designing unique solutions to user journey dead ends and overall experience challenges. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to both lead and grow high performing teams and thrive in an environment that requires strong problem solving skills, autonomy and independence, coupled with a communicative and team based collaborative approach to getting things done.



  • Managing, coaching and supporting the UX team
  • Representing UX to the broader organization
  • Competitive analysis and review
  • Collaborating with the merchandising and marketing teams on e-commerce experiences
  • Interaction design and visual design as a part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Collaborating cross functionally to solve UX Design challenges
  • Researching interaction design and other technology trends related to UX
  • Performing other duties as assigned



  • 5+ years of UX Design experience in an e-commerce apparel or premium brand property using industry tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and Invision, etc
  • 3+ years of managing a successful UX team
  • Excellent visual and interaction design skills with work showing an attention to detail and a focus on cross device and responsive interfaces.
  • Ability to create wireframes, visual design compositions and hi fidelity interactive mocks



  • Portfolio showing examples of previous work
  • Understanding of HTML5, JS, CSS, Ruby on Rails
  • Degree in interaction design or related discipline
