The Customer Experience Representative will directly impact the company’s success through customer interactions, process improvements and special projects, while being exposed to all functional areas of the business. This role will assist with e-commerce customer and operational support through multiple touch points, including phone, email, and chat. Seeking for immediate hire and must be available for flexible hours, including one weekend shift.
