People Operations Manager

As a People Operations Manager you will be responsible for the selection, implementation, and maintenance of the Human Resources technology platforms and backend operations processes. You will deliver data that is useful and accurate to create People-related strategies across the business, and ensure that we remain protected and compliant. The ideal candidate is someone who is data-loving, has strong people management, organizational, and analytical skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own platform & systems for facilitating employee tracking, engagement, and development
  • Own the execution and success of key People initiatives relating to process improvement and systems
  • Drive quarterly and annual strategic planning and budgeting processes for the People org 
  • Lead project and change management efforts when rolling out People-oriented processes or tools across the company 
  • Manage the People and Benefits administration
  • Maintain stock options
  • Compensation reviews
  • Maintain database of employees
  • Liaise with finance on employee changes

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5-6 years experience within People Operations/HRIS Analysis
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with HRIS and Performance managements systems; tech savviness and intellectual curiosity is essential as well as an interest in emerging technologies and process improvement, automation, and efficiency
  • Experience building, modifying and managing Training and Performance Management programs
  • Detail oriented, deadline driven and work well under pressure with a high degree of accuracy
  • Passion for People, Data, and Metrics
